Sydney
Sightsee Sydney by Mono and underground rail. Visit the Rocks and the
revitalized wharf area, Darling Harbour. Catch the Underground to Circular Quay. Visit the Opera House and
see the Harbour Bridge. Enjoy a Harbour cruise to the North Head suburb of Manly on a Old
Style Harbour Ferry. Sightsee Manly and visit the Manly Warringah Rugby Leagues Club. Upon
your return to the Quay and Sydney City, wine and dine at Peter Doyles Harbour Seafood
Restaurant (on the jetty in summer).
The Hunter Valley
The "Valley" is about a 2 hour drive from Sydney. Enjoy private wine
tours, wine tastings and a vineyard luncheons that can be arranged for you
at selected best wineries and restaurants. This evening, a gourmet
dinner is arranged at the Casuarina or Cypress Lakes Resort Restaurant.

With 120 wineries to choose from, ranging from internationally acclaimed to boutique, family run operations, there is something
to suit every palate. The Hunter Valley is renowned for its Semillon, which has been described as "Australia's unique gift to
the world". And there is also Hunter Valley Shiraz and its delightful Chardonnays and Verdelhos as well as a host of other
varieties.
Hunter Valley Wine Country offers a myriad of culinary experiences. Visitors are sure to encounter a remarkable food experience
at the many restaurants and eateries and to be tantalised by local produce including beer, cheese, olives, olive oils, chocolate,
sauces, jams and chutneys.
The scenery and surrounds of Hunter Valley Wine Country make it a perfect venue for outdoor events and concerts. There are
regular concerts throughout the year catering to Jazz, Blues, opera, classical and pop enthusiasts. Past performs include world
famous figures.
There are a number of attractions and activities on offer allowing visitors to choose the pace in which you enjoy the area.
Hot air ballooning is always popular, as are horse and carriage rides and golf. The beautiful Hunter Valley Gardens are a
wonderful sight. Relax in one of the day spas or take a scenic helicopter or an aerobatic flight.
Blue Mountains
Enjoy your all day tour of the Blue Mountains upon your return to Sydney See the Three Sisters and the Koala
Wildlife Sanctuary In the mid afternoon, if time permits, travel further west to see the
Jenolan Caves. In Sydney, visit Chinatown for a delicious Yumcha or banquet then see Kings Cross
and/or the Sydney Casino.
